1. Shipping Territory & Scope
We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United States. All orders must have a valid delivery address within the US territory.
2. Shipping Timeline & Operational Hours
Our operational schedule runs from Monday to Saturday (excluding federal holidays). Please note the following specific timelines for order fulfillment:

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed beginning the next business day. -
Processing Time (Handling Time): 1 - 3 Business Days
The time required to verify, pack, and prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse. -
Transit Time: 3 - 5 Business Days
The duration it takes for the carrier to transport your package from our fulfillment center to your delivery location. -
Total Delivery Time: 4 - 8 Business Days
The overall estimated time from order confirmation to final delivery at your doorstep (Processing Time + Transit Time).
3. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options
To keep shipping simple and predictable, we charge a flat fee for delivery:
- Standard Shipping Rate: $4.95 USD (Flat rate applied per order).
We partner with major and reliable courier services to ensure your package arrives safely. Depending on your location and the package size, your order will be shipped via one of the following reputable carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL Express
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. This email will contain a unique Tracking Number and a direct link to track your package's movement in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier network to update and display the initial tracking status.
5. Order Cancellation & Modification
We understand that changes of heart can happen, especially during pregnancy. If you need to cancel your order or modify details (such as changing the shipping address or product size), please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the 12-hour window has passed or the package has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to alter or stop the delivery process. In such cases, please follow our Return & Refund Policy upon receiving the items.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, occasional issues may arise. Here is how we handle them:
- Delayed Shipments: Severe weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen carrier technical difficulties may cause minor delivery delays. If your package is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email with updated tracking information.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all entry fields, including apartment/suite numbers and zip codes, are entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: If your tracking details confirm delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local carrier branch first. If the item arrived physically damaged or is officially lost by the carrier, please contact our support desk immediately with photo documentation so we can launch an inquiry and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
