DMCA Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

We respect intellectual property rights and operate in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed upon our website, we will take immediate action to review and address your concerns based on US federal guidelines.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, displayed, or distributed on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our designated agent by submitting a formal DMCA Notice according to the guidelines below.

1. How to File a DMCA Infringement Notice

To be effective under the DMCA, your written notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on our site are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide the exact URLs or specific locations on our website where the material is located so we can find it.
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your formal DMCA notice directly to our designated support desk:

  • By Email: [support@yourdomain.com]
  • Subject Line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

2. Our Action Upon Receiving a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a valid, written DMCA notice containing all the required information listed above, we will take swift action to maintain a legally compliant marketplace:

  • We will promptly remove or disable public access to the allegedly infringing material or product listing.
  • We will notify the individual or merchant who posted the material on our platform that we have removed or disabled access to it.

3. How to Submit a Counter-Notification

If your product layout, image, or content was removed as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe this occurred due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to us.

To be valid, your Counter-Notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific URL location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in our operating region if you reside outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we are permitted by federal law to restore the removed material back onto our website.

4. Account Termination Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we enforce a strict policy to terminate user accounts, store accesses, or partner associations who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to remove any product listings or individual pages at our sole discretion if copyright violations are suspected.
