Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you and your growing family to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we specialize in maternity clothing and dresses, we maintain clear guidelines to ensure the health, hygiene, and premium quality of all our products. Please review our policy below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered by the carrier to request a return or an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- The item must be completely free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear.
- All original tags, including price tags and security tags, must be securely attached to the garment in their original positions.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Items marked asĀ Final Sale or purchased during clearance events.
- Items that show clear signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as maternity underwear or nursing pads cannot be returned once opened.
3. Acceptable Reasons for Return
We accept returns and exchanges for the following standard reasons:
- Customer Remorse: The item does not fit well, the style is not as expected, or you changed your mind.
- Defective or Damaged Items: The product arrived with a manufacturing defect, rip, or tear.
- Incorrect Item Received: We inadvertently shipped the wrong size, color, or style.
4. Return Method & Shipping Fees
Return Method: All returns must be shipped via mail. We do not accept physical drop-offs.
Return Label: A pre-paid label is not included in your original package. Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to print and attach to your box.
Return Shipping Fee:Ā A flat fee of $4.95 USD will be automatically deducted from your final refund to cover return shipping costs.
Fee Waived Exception: We will fully waive the $4.95 USD fee if the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
5. No Restocking Fees
We want your shopping experience to be stress-free as your body changes. Unlike other boutique stores, we do not charge any restocking fees for inspections, sanitation, or repackaging of your returned items.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges if you need a different size or color of the same item, provided the product is in stock. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps in Section 7 and specify that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
If the desired size or color is sold out, we will process a standard return and issue a refund instead.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Subject Line: Use the subject line exactly as follows to help us prioritize it:

- Provide Details: State your full name used at checkout, the specific items you wish to return or exchange, and the exact reason. If the item is defective, please attach clear photos of the damage.
Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and email you the pre-paid return shipping label and further instructions if approved.
8. Refund Processing TimeĀ
Quality Inspection: Once your package arrives, we inspect the items to ensure they meet our criteria.
Instant Initiation: If approved, your refund minus the $4.95 USD return shipping fee is issued immediately.
Payment Form: The credit goes directly back to your original payment method, which is either your PayPal account or your Credit or Debit card.
Processing Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to officially show in your account.
