Cancellation & Modification Policy

At our store, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your items without delay. We understand that plans can change, especially during pregnancy, and you may need to cancel or modify your order.

Please review our guidelines below to see how we handle these requests.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

We offer a 12-hour window from the exact time you place your order to request any cancellations or modifications.

  • Before 12 Hours: If you contact us within this timeframe, we can successfully cancel your order for a full refund or modify your order details, such as changing a shipping address, changing a garment size, or correcting contact information.
  • After 12 Hours: Once this 12-hour window has closed, or if your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

Please Note: Our team works efficiently from Monday to Saturday, and our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). If you place an order close to the cut-off time, it may enter processing quickly, making the window to change it much shorter.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To ensure your request is caught before your order is processed, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Email Our Support Team: Send an email to your store support email address.
  2. Use a Clear Subject Line: Write your subject line exactly like this to help our system prioritize it:
    • For Cancellations: URGENT: Cancel Order OrderNumber
    • For Modifications: URGENT: Modify Order OrderNumber
  3. Provide Details: In the body of the email, include your full name used at checkout, the order number, and the specific change you want to make, such as: Please change my shipping address to... or Please change the dress size from M to L.

3. What Happens If Your Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already been packed, assigned a tracking number, or handed over to carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, it is officially in transit and cannot be altered.

If you still do not want the items, please do not refuse the delivery, as packages refused at delivery can get lost in transit and delay your resolution. Instead, please:

  • Accept the delivery at your doorstep.
  • Keep the items brand new, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Follow our Return and Refund Policy to initiate a standard return once you receive the package.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the valid 12-hour window, we will process your cancellation immediately.

  • A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal account.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or financial institution to post the transaction back to your account.
